Student Scholarships: What is a Rotary Student Scholarship

The Hopkinsville Rotary Club will award fifty scholarships to residents of/or graduates of a high school in Christian County, Kentucky who will be enrolled as full time students during the 2007-2008 school year in any college, technical or graduate school program above the high school level.

The Hopkinsville Rotary Club awards several scholarships to residents of/or graduates of a high school in Christian County, Kentucky who will be enrolled as full time freshman (at least 12 hours) students during the upcoming school year in any college, technical or graduate school program above the high school level.  The number of scholarships to be awarded is determined each Spring.   Eligibility for the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semester scholarship will be dependent upon having and maintaining an overall cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.  Applicants are individuals entering an institution of higher learning for the first time as freshman. Each scholarship will be non-recurring.
