The Hopkinsville Rotary Club awards several scholarships to residents of/or graduates of a high school in Christian County, Kentucky who will be enrolled as full time (at least 12 hours) students during the upcoming school year in any college, technical or graduate school program above the high school level.  The number of scholarships to be awarded is determined each Spring.   Eligibility for the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semester scholarship will be dependent upon having and maintaining an overall cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.  Applicants may be individuals entering an institution of higher learning for the first time or they may be individuals who have already completed a portion of their college or technical school curriculum, or non-traditional students (age 24 or older).  Each scholarship will be non-recurring although previous recipients are eligible to reapply in subsequent years.
