At Tuesday’s Rotary meeting, we had the pleasure of hosting head football coaches, Dustin Lopez from Hopkinsville High School and Ethan Atchley from Christian County High School. Both coaches offered wonderful insights into their recent rivalry matchup and the challenges both teams faced and will continue to face throughout the remainder of the season. They also discussed the development of their programs, emphasizing the vital role of community support. She sets the tone for the grace, professionalism and class that we strive to show within our mission of youth and education and service above self each and every day. Entertain. Educate. Empower.The words above perfectly describe what Campanile Productions is all about! Campanile is celebrating its 15th year of community theatre here in Hopkinsville! In those 15 years they have produced 36 full shows and over 40,000 patrons have come to watch a show. They have provided camps for children and teens every summer since 2011 with the first summer having 43 campers and this past summer 200+ campers. Campanile Productions Director, Dr. Jeff Riggs, truly showed his heart and passion for the arts with us as he discussed what the theatre has done for him and so many that participate in their shows.
